Found it.
Under settings --> polling changed to cmd.php.
Hopefully this should work.

Polling stopped after upgrade - Spine is not installed
Polling has stopped for my server, complaining about /usr/bin/spine not being found. I have not installed spine. Do I need to go back to cmd.php?
