Tried that, didn't do anything. No error messages. Anyhow digging a little deeping, I noticed that in the graph templates for Lit_NFO_Std_Memory_Cache_Usage that all the datasources had null beside them. Easy fix, edited each item and selected the correct datasource. Bingo it works. Don't know why I...

I seem to be getting an error when importing this template. Unmet Dependency Not sure what it means. More than likely it's a problem with my system setup. If anyone can shove me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks PS Great looking graph Lit :D Cacti has imported the follow...

Logical Interfaces
Hello;
How do I go about graphing logical interfaces on my network? ie some of my Cisco routers have ten logical interfaces assigned to one physical interface.
Thanks

Hello; I am in the same boat, but only with a php script. The cmd.php will poll datasources when the host is set to none, but cactid skips them. I also tried creating a dud host and running cactid. Cactid polls but throws an error about an ERROR: Field name ' ' not in field cache! [1] MUTLI command:...

ERROR: unknown DS name ''
Hello; I have modified the weather.php file to pull data from weather.com. The cmd.php poller is collecting the right information but I get an error "unknown DS name ''. I must have missed something in the datasource but I can't find it. I'd tried the weatherbug script but it has no data for Ca...

Graph Spikes?
What is unit of measurement for the min max variables so I can filter out the graph spikes? When I used MRTG I could set MAX and ABSMax value for each interface, by default it was the max speed of the ethernet interface. just as an example: today when one of the routers was reset the traffic jumped ...

Tks a lot Golemb, but it doesn't work. I woul like to know which program want to use this lib libcrytpo. I don't know if it's a problem with ucd-snmp, or net-snmp or mysql. I'll try to uninstall/reinstall openssl (in rpm) and openssl-devel (in rpm also), but it doesn't work too. It's a problem with...

Re: Request for Attachments
just my $0.02 worth. I have done the mod on a private message board at work. I have to say it works really well and would be a great asset with the new import/export feature of Cacti 8.4. It's a little harder to mod if you are using a custom theme, but since this site uses the default theme it's a s...

Re: 0.8.4 cactid problems
Cactid always wants to read /etc/snmp/snmp.conf as the cactid.conf file for some reason. cactid version 0.8.4 starting. Using cactid config file [cactid.conf]. Connecting to MySQL database 'cacti08' on 'localhost'... Using cactid config file [/etc/snmp/snmp.conf]. ... I ran into that problem Sunday...

Solution: libcrypto not found
vazthmer Create a symbolic link for the libcrypto.o file. I ran into the same type of problem running on RH9 when compiling cactid. You will have to look in the /libs directory and find the version of libcrypto that you are using. My libcrypto file is libcrypto.so.9.7a yours might be the same, I do...
