For the record, it appears this problem was due to the version of IOS I was running on the router. After upgrading to a newer IOS this morning, the vlan interfaces show up in snmpwalk and cacti.

Sorry I should have did that before posting. It appears as if those vlan interfaces are not showing up either in the snmpwalk. I am planning on upgrading the IOS to something more current and try again. After googling it appears some IOS versions don't properly track these types of interfaces. I wil...

[SOLVED] Vlan Interfaces not showing up on Cisco
I have a Cisco router with one fastethernet interface setup with 802.1q vlan tagging and several vlan subinterfaces.
