Hi, As of 31st August 2011, I too cannot access the www.network-weathermap.com wesbite, from UK (at work and at home) The IP resolves OK to 212.21.100.87 but even browsing to http://212.21.100.87/ does not seem to work. Hi, I am trying to do some house-keeping on the cacti database before a migration. I notice the table called 'plugin_db_changes' is quite large - over 550K entries and over 35MB in size. Don;t know if it is the same problem - but please see my post regarding simular issues:

It could be to do with php version problem - what php version do you have - php version on command line and on apache.
