XML import/export has too much info?

The XML import/export functionality has some non-obvious behavior. The export includes a lot of info, IMHO too much, and the import blindly follows whatever is in the import file. For example, I imported a couple of files today, and the new XML updated all of: CDEF, GPRINT Preset, Data Input Method,...

When querying a machine with multiple IP addresses, why does Cacti use the last IP address returned from snmp? Doesn't it make more sense to use the first IP, since that's the primary one? Using the last IP means that anytime a virtual IP is added, the graph title will change. Is there a way to tell...
