Good stuff...
I think you need to remove maximum value of 100 from data templates for ucd/net - CPU Usage, it can go beyond 100 on SMP systems.

Could it be SNMP request for uptime?
In my experience cacti wants to check for OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0. If your device does not know about it, cacti thinks that your host is down. See my wining about it at http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=11430

Downed Host Detection is broken in 0.8.6g?
Hello, I have a problem monitoring an SNMMP device that does not return OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0 (system uptime). Cacti thinks that the device is down and refuses to proceed. I have “Downed Host Detection” set to “Ping” and “Ping Type” to ICMP ping. Here is what these parameters are in database: mysql...
