Instead of patching 0.8.6i, will Cacti developers be releasing a new version for folks that need to install fresh copies of Cacti for new installations?

Is there anything else that needs to be done other than installing the xml file? I just tried running this via command line and here is what I'm getting: # php poller.php Waiting on 1/1 pollers.
