I found it!!!!

It was because of rrdtool version!
I upgraded from rrdtool-1.2.11 -> rrdtool-1.2.25 and it roxxxxxx! :)

cacti 0.8.7 needs probably things included in recents rrdtools that cacti 0.8.6x didn't need...
