I reinstalled snmp and cacti again and it just worked.

It turns out the timezone line in php.ini had not been uncommented.

UPDATE: 1. I found the graph is only showing a small snipped of time. Screenshot attached. not sure if relevant. 2. THe log file shows its logging new info but the time stamp is completely off. it's the 8th today but the graphs are showing the 7th. The time is also wrong. I have set the timezone cor...

All, I have a fresh install and have done all the poller debugging. I have added my timezone to php.ini but when manually running the poller I get tons of time zone errors pointing to local cacti files.
