So, you simply want to continue the graphs with the new host? This is possible, but requires a lot of manual changes. Help migrating an equipment

Hello guys,

I am using Cacti and I had an equipment change in my network. I wish I can save the data from the old equipment and use the same database to insert the new equipment data. How can I do so? Is it possible or I will need to create a new graph?

I found that my RRDTools ins not 1.2.x so I could not use the Cacti. I am trying to compile the new version of RRDTool (i like to use .rpm, but the latest version for fedora core 3 is 1.0.3).
