Chaps - fixed this by raising the "Maximum OID's Per Get Request" from 10 to 100
ensuring host was set to SNMP version 2
seems to work - getting CPU now.
thanks for confirming my snmpwalk was fine.

One clue perhaps - When I go to try and create a custom graph for this host (or any host) for "Host MIB - CPU Utilization" I do not see a data source for CPU :

So seeing as its polling the CPU correctly, im just wondering which graph template I should be using for the data? Nothing seems to work (NaN's).
Or perhaps other settings that are getting in the way?

Gandalf - thanks for replying! I have removed the ucd/net graph so now it looks like : http://i.imgur.com/aafvK.png Now I get no CPU graph at all for this host.
