Re: Another windows server cpu thread - am I missing somethi

Chaps - fixed this by raising the "Maximum OID's Per Get Request" from 10 to 100

ensuring host was set to SNMP version 2

seems to work - getting CPU now.
thanks for confirming my snmpwalk was fine.

Re: Another windows server cpu thread - am I missing somethi

One clue perhaps - When I go to try and create a custom graph for this host (or any host) for "Host MIB - CPU Utilization" I do not see a data source for CPU :

Although I see data sources for everything else.

Re: Another windows server cpu thread - am I missing somethi

So seeing as its polling the CPU correctly, im just wondering which graph template I should be using for the data? Nothing seems to work (NaN's).

Or perhaps other settings that are getting in the way?

HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrProcessorLoad.1 = INTEGER: 0

Re: Another windows server cpu thread - am I missing somethi

Gandalf - thanks for replying! I have removed the ucd/net graph so now it looks like : http://i.imgur.com/aafvK.png Now I get no CPU graph at all for this host. I have included the debug information for the SNMP get processor information if that helps. Going on other threads I saw people were using ...

Another windows server cpu thread - am I missing something?

Hello chaps - love Cacti, there is only one thing holding me back from using this for monitoring our entire server fleet - the dreaded Nan's for CPU utilization! I have read the troubleshooting and have scanned around all the threads out there. A lot of the problems seem to be with multiple CPU's, I...
