I solved it.
Instead of searching all the files where i should change the password to match with the sql password.
I did the opposite, Ichanged the cactiuser password of my sql base to match with the one used in the backup files.

I have been searching for this information for 2hours and I can't find it. Are the "rrd data" automaticly deleted after a long time ? And when i look into the yearly graph, there's just a "point" by day; does it mean the other "points" are deleted, or just not displayed...

Change the graph template associated to your graph. Don't chek "Autoscale" and give your own value.
There's an option to duplicate the template if you have to make a lot of differents ones.

Fixed. The problems was because of IIS. I uninstalled IIS and installed again all the package using Apache.
