Missing interfaces for a CatOS 6509 with dual sup engines

I recently installed a new cacti 0.8.7b implementation and have it successfully reporting interface stats for a dozen or so network devices. Thanks for your reply! The device shows as "up" (and other interfaces on this same device are graphing properly). I also double checked the the Downed Host Detection was set to "SNMP - Reliable". Is there anything else I can check to try to kick-start these couple of interfaces? ...

no longer collecting data for some cisco interfaces

I have been running Cacti for several months now with no problems. I have primarly been using it to show traffic information for most of the ports on a Cisco 6509 switch. I have this stuff all installed on the e: drive. On the settings page the path is set to point to e:\php\php-win.exe

I believe I have the webserver (IIS) set up to use ISAPI (e:\php\php5iasapi.dll) - unless I have configured it incorrectly.

Thanks for the quick reply! I am using PHP version 5.0.5-win32. I have enabled the PHP web extension (in fact I enabled all web externsions for the moment just to make sure I didn't miss something). I had given the IUSR user permissions to the cmd.exe file, but had not previously given it permission...

Unable to view graphs - graph debug also not working

I have read through many posts about being unable to get the graphs working. I believe I have followed the suggestions of those posts, but still only get the red "X". One interesting thing that sets this apart from most of the other posts is that I am unable to get the graph debug mode to ...
