After Updating to 0.8.7a

For some reason FEC graphs were showing 50% corrected and uncorrected for all interfaces on all UBR10Ks I have been monitoring. This was after upgrading from 0.8.6j to 0.8.7a. Removing the CDEF declarations from the graph templates fixed this. I have been going through the cacti forums looking for s...

I have just run into a similar problem and this is the solution. I am running Gentoo AMD64, had recently recompiled/upgraded PHP to add GD support for Weathermap. Initially thought the poller.php tie-in to Weathermap was a problem. The SNMP libraries were rebuilt during the PHP upgrade and cactid ne...

Thold suggestion/feature request

Hi,

We can view devices by device type and then 'apply thresholds' based on the returned list.

It would be nice if we could filter by host type as well as host. Would make it easier in deleting Thresholds.

Cacti 0.86i-beta4

I noticed a problem with this after reinstalling my dev system with the latest 0.8.6i beta 4 release. The following code should outline my point: RRDTool Command: /usr/bin/rrdtool graph - \ --imgformat=PNG \ --start=-86400 \ --end=-300 \ --title="7609-Core SNMP-V1 - bgpPeerIdentifier" \ --...

lvm, thanks for that and I have caught that already. Just working on a couple of other things and I will post a reply that will more than likely be a resolution.

Thanks again for your help on this and other posts. :D

Is my template being created properly? No Graph output

Hello, As I continue to write this I am realizing this is going to serve better to keep track of my progress and hopefully help someone else down the road if I (or the board) finds a solution to this. I have been following this link as it is close to the problem that I have been having templating a ...

Hi Tony,

Just out of curiosity, what UBR are you using for this. Are you on the 7200 series or the 10K?

Thanks!

Problems with FreeBSD

Hi, I have seen a couple of posts regarding FreeBSD and Cacti, but not a whole hell of a lot of response. Is there a inherent problem with FreeBSD and Cacti that is preventing it from working? Are there aditional packages or compatibility binaries/libraries that are required? My Installation include...
