I'll try and get a hold of other versions of add_graphs.php and see if they work.Possibly already fixed in cacti 0.8.8a. If not, then a bug should be created http://www.cacti.net/bugs.php

Also if I use the templates to make graphs, it works. I've just made 3-4 graphs for some common websites (google/yahoo/facebook) and they're working fine. Its something to do with the CLI command add_graphs.php thats not working correctly somehow...

Here is a picture of the custom script working on a domain I setup following the guide linked in the first post, I used this graph's dim/ds/graph for templates.
