how to create a Graph Templates that would create multiple graphs (bytes, packets, errors) for selected ports in a single choice?
or only one template - one graph?

You could create graph templates for each of the mentioned possibilities, then associate them to the "SNMP - Interface Statistics" data query. Then when you create your graph, select what template you want to you from the drop down much like you do now. I'm not entirely understood, it wil...

how to create a template with multiple charts?
I want to create a template and put it in a few graphs, for example:
