Can anyone help me understand this a little more. Is the 95th % traffic a measure of both incoming and outgoing traffic or does it calculate this based off the higher of the two to report the averages?

Thanks for the reply, I did some more reading and found that is correct, the traps send errors to you if wanted or needed. I was a bit tired so I will try again some time today.

Do I absolutly need to run cygwin on win2003 for cacti? I followed the install guide recomending the full install of cygwin.
