I'm still using Centos 6.9, so I'm looking at EPEL 6. https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/x86_64/ The Cacti there is still at 1.1.19.

I'll just do an "old school" RPM update.

Old thread, but for the sake of future web searches and preventing someone from doing a full re-install, I will share my experience. I had the same problem.
