Martin: i got rid of my rrdtool and replaced it with the cygwin rrdtool.
THEN, i got rid of net-snmp and replaced it with the microsoft version - i admittedly felt guilty replacin with MS, but it works so..... meh.

it works now. turns out net-snmp didn't work right for some reason. my co-worker uninstalled it and installed the microsoft one and it works.. odd.

i get the same error as above, and the patch doesn't help. any other suggestions? is there other info that i could provide that may help?
