We you ran the manual poll, did you do that as ROOT? if so chech file permitions on your rra's. they might have changed ownershio to ROOT. They should be owned by the cacti user. The one you entered in your crontab.

I have a similar problem with High bandwith (>1gig) interfaces on some Cisco switches. I get "nan" in the legend on the graph. And no line or area are presented. In my poller cache all items have the "Action: 0" thoug. To me it seems logic that nan means Not A Number, or somethin...
