Hi BSOD2600, Thank you for your help. The problem is solved. It appeared that the links to C:\ were in the SQL database. I made a dump, replaced C:\ and C:/ with D:\ and D:/ and that did the trick. For my weathermap plugin, I had to change the config files as well. Everything is running again! Thank...

[solved] Small RRDTOOL problem
Dear Cacti profs, I'm almost ready with moving cacti from the C:\ disk to a D:\ disk on another system. I've greatly reduced the number of data sources. Now the poller finishes within two minutes!

Thank you for your reply! Today I did some debugging and I found out that the RRDtool takes a long time to complete. Polling is finished in about 20 seconds. The RRDtool however takes more than 5 minutes to complete. In total I've got 3000 objects. Is this too much? Is there a way to speed things up...
