RRDTool and locale - problem and solution

After upgrading cacti to 0.8.7.d and adding plugin architecture with weathermap I spotted some strange behavior. i had to set legend_font path even if i have set RRDTool Default Font Path

Hello, I have cacti with about 150 devices, with a very large rra files (about 6mb each) .. on my PC (workstation) one cycle of gathering data takes more that 5 minutes. Hello, i know it's my fault, but a little time ago i try to upgrade cacti. I faild, so i wanted to restore from backup but .. it wasn't complete, so i overwrite newer (not totally upgraded) with the old one. it was couple problems (in upgrade one or two tables was droped) but cacti more or less work...
