Well I got that error to go away, for some reason the values for data_input_id in the snmp_query table were completely wrong. I still can't get anything to happen with the temperature or voltage readings. The indexing queries work ok but the graphs don't do anything and it looks like something isn;t...

I am having the same problem with negative numbers.

I cannot get the voltage or temperature readings to work.

I get these errors.

Unkown type = ""

any ideas?

I think I have most of them sorted out now. I can't say for sure what the problem was. This is what I did... delete all the graph and data templates delete all the data input methods. recreated them all from the ground up still had some values not being parsed. after that I just view the data input ...

It would be helpfull when creating a data input method to be able to test/verify all output fields were collected successfully.
Same with data templates and sources.

I just tried deleting the rrd file and running the poller again.
It created the rrd file with incorrect number of variables!!

Where is cacti getting this from?
