Is there a graph that shows all the interfaces on a 1700 series router and will show up or down?

Cacti graph each minute in windows?
Are these the proper steps, am I missing something?
Change all graphs to stepping 60
Update poller settings in cacti to 1 minute
Update windows task schedule to call poller php every 1 minute
Clear poller cache

No errors, the only things that have the text "plugin: in the log are the actual plugins themselves like this:
Installing thold plugin...
* Then it shows all the extractions etc.
I only have this installation. Any way to fix it?

Is this the permissions you are looking to review? * Please see screen shot
All the plugins are in the 'plugins' folder in their own folders.

I installed using the latest windows packaged installer. All is working well, polling, graphs, etc. My issue is that I choose to install a few plugins and i see them in the cacti folders but there is no plugin management page. I had a chance to go look and config.php only contains database credentials and session name. Where is the path defined then? Thanks.

I was able to get Cacti up and running using the installer (thanks). I fought with it for a bit, it ended up being that it requires me to point IIS to one folder up from the "cacti" folder like this: c:\websites\ when I would rather have cacti be the root of this IIS site: c:\websites\cact...
