I don't have an answer but where I would start first is with Netflow. See if you graph just the traffic you want.

Did you type out "name log" with the quotes when configuring Cacti?

Also don't forget to extended the character limit under Settings > Visual if you have some long descriptions. Will have to reapply the names after that too.

You'll want:

|host_description| - Traffic - |query_ifName| - |query_ifAlias|

ifAlias = description.

Will produce a result like:

hostname - Traffic - Gi0/0 - 100Mb to ISP

To follow up with those that are finding the this via search I never could find an issue. After looking at everything gandalf mentioned I finally gave up and rebuilt the box. I think it was from one minute polling. I rebuilt the box with standard 5 min and all is well now.

Really odd issue here, I have a number of graphs that more often then not do not graph anything. See the attached examples. Some graphs are fine. Are the connection duration graphs working for others? I can't get them to work properly in setup.
