Poller runs as "nagios" which was bult in with Groundwork installation. It was correctly creating rrds for pre-configured items such as SNMP, DataInptMethod etc. I was trying with DataQuery way to setting up a rrd, which I still cant get working. I just realized that, now all graps not sho...

This seems to be the most possible error in the cacti...but i don’t see proper reason out given considering all scenarios.

Further investigations are as follows.... 1.The script is running with correct output for index, get and query. 2.Data source getting created when i create a graph, but the rrd file is not generated in /rra folder. nagios user has full permission to the directory. I use cacti with GROUNDWORK integrated...but cant still get a ScriptQuery data to be displayed in a simple graph. I run... yes, i got it working.
i had coded the script with first arguemnt for hostname. that was the reason for it not responding for "index"
so i removed it.

Hi I have a question in setting up a Data Query in Cacti server running on Ubuntu OS. It's run integrated to Groundwork.
