After going through some changes, for both files, the Cacti Plugin Architecture was installed and we may hereafter install plugins easily. The main point is changing some of the global.php, config.php and /etc/cacti/debian.php files. In the documentation debian.php file is not mentioned but ...

I didnot see this post before, and posted a new thread for Ubuntu Server 10.10 (http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=42323 ). But I think more or less the issue is similar to Ubuntu 9.10. Tried several options, but in the end none did help, as I understand the PIA behaves differently ...

We have made some changes on the global.php file wrt to the line 105 error, but the error stays the same whatever the change is made.
1. We commented out the line 105, inorder to observe this case, but even if commented out the error did not change.

Thank you, we corrected that line, which I think we would meet if we passed the line 105 error.
What is interesting is that even if we comment out line 105, we meet again the exactly same mistake in line 105 of /var/log/apache2/error.log.
