I changed my users Graph Date Display Format from "Month Name, Day, Year" to "Month Number, Day, Year" and that appears to have corrected the issue.

I see the same issue, every time I make a change to anything on the page and save, the mailtime reverts to the current date/time. Anyone else still having this issue?
