Well,
I could solve my problem on my own again.

It was just a matter of rebuild the log cache and after a second I got the interface status changed to 'recovery' and the next minute to 'up'.

Hi...

Does anyone have managed to hide the prompt screen that shows up every time the scheduled task runs?
Its very annoying since I have someone using the computer I am running the scheduled task.

Hi all, After a fresh install performed following this link below http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=14946 Also the post installation was followed with no problems. I am using apache2. Problem solved by installing this package of cacti.

This was not the solution for what it seens to be a bug. But worked anyway.
