Well,
I could solve my problem on my own again.
It was just a matter of rebuild the log cache and after a second I got the interface status changed to 'recovery' and the next minute to 'up'.

Problem solved by installing this package of cacti.

This was not the solution for what it seens to be a bug. But worked anyway.
