Syslog daemon on windows
TheWitness:
We use Kiwi Syslog daemon ( http://www.kiwisyslog.com/ )
I've found a workaround: used NTsyslog ( sends all eventlog messages to a syslog server ).
Works fine.

How to use Syslog on Windows Server (part 2)
After investigating i've found that the messages end up in my Eventlog on Windows.
But i want to use the syslog, not the eventlog.
This seems to be the default behaviour of PHP.
from PHP manual:

TheWitness: Thank you very much.
It was the missing CYGWIN installation.
After installing Cygwin, ( and removing cygwin1.dll from c:\cactid !! ) everything works fine.
