Base Value

Are 1000 and 1024 the only options for base values on graph templates? I a trying to graph Pages Printed by COUNTER...but as my base value is set to 1000, it is graphing like interface/traffic statistics.

Any suggestions? Thanks

I haven't found anything yet. I tried rolling back PHP, but I could never determine which version I was actually using.. .the downgrade appeared to be successful but ssh showed 4.3.10 still.
Going to start a new server this week with a fresh instance of Cacti and PHP 4.3.6..then do some testing.

no proxy running. It does it for multiple users in the department. But we did notice that it was only doing it for an account we had created with minimal (graph-view only) rights. It does not do this with the admin account.

Ok, I tried downgrading php to 4.3.9 and upgrading to 5.0.3. Still no resolution. The same Windows graphs are still not graphing.

access denied

When I attempt to log back into Cacti, I receive an Access Denied Error: You are not permitted to access this section of Cacti. If you feel that you need access to this particular section, please contact the Cacti administrator. If I close and reopen my browser, the login prompt appears. This did no...

Thanks.. I just figured it out . I had my Graph Template set to graph using LAST for the consolidation function. I changed that to Average , and my graphs are now working.

RRDtool error

I'm trying to create a new graph for a data query that I made. The rrd files are created, but the graphs never show up. When debugging, I got this message..not sure what it means.

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: the RRD does not contain an RRA matching the chosen CF

Hi - there were no errors when I ran both the script server or cleared the cache. Attached are the screen captures and broken graph. The graph is the CPU graph of the same device that I ran the script_server debug in my last post. It's doing the same thing for all the other graphs on that host templ...

Thanks - I just tried that on a couple of them but it didn't seem to help. I also added another Windows server, and the same graphs are not showing data. Do you think it is a host template issue? If so, how would I check that? The host template is the only other common denominator that I can think o...

I have a host_id default value of 0 in my several of my host tables (ie host_graph and host_snmpquery). Is this bad?

Hello, The OIDs that I am having problems with are valid. When I ran the poller in debug it returned correct values (such as 80 for CPU usage). I also tested using Getif. But in here they are returning a U (see below) and displaying 'nan' in the graph, but the graphs are being updated each polling c...
