I've seen this happen when the permissions on one NTFS folder are exactly the same as other ones and this was fixed through a combination of the suggestions I made above. That said, fully agree with checking the permissions.

This way, I can identify where graphs need to be removed or troubleshooted.

Would using something like "Cacti-ReportIT" be the best option for this?

If you're using an Active Directory domain then rather than pointing at the <server>.domain.network change it to be just .domain.network

This should work because AD will always multiple records for that zone for each name servers on the zone.
