RRDtool is located and configured in cacti as C:/rrdtool/rrdtool.exe I fixed the permission problems besides the one in the screenshot (I saw it in process monitor). the one which wasn't fixed even though I corrected the permissions in the regedit is: http://img176.imageshack.us/img176/8522/63372883...

Ok, I fixed the permissions part by taking ownership over the file. but I still get the file not found error.

So how do I fix the cmd permissions problem?

php.exe or php-win.exe?
I can't give read/execute premission on cmd.exe.
It's locked.
