I'd also like to ask the same question. I've implemented these templates but I'm totally at a loss as to what's expected of me. Can someone please shed some light onto what we're supposed to input for successful monitoring?

Alright, I'll give that a shot. Would you mind explaining (briefly) what the 64-bit counters does instead of the in/out bits (non-64 bit counters) ?

Laffen,

Go to Console -- Graph Management and choose the appropriate graph. You can edit the Graph Field Title so that it says something like:

host_description| - Traffic - |query_ifName| Port 1/2 Uplink <-> MDF

Hi folks, I've installed Cacti on Fedora RC3 and am very impressed with the programs ease of use and administration capabilities (Kudos Ian). All of my graphs are working great except for one: I am monitoring an OC-12 (622Mb/s) and when looking at the router, I know that I regularly exceed 400Mb/s a...
