I'm assuming you're running PIA 2.8? To enable it, you must first install it. In the plugin manager (if you're using PIA 2.8), there's an icon to the far left of the plugin. It should be a blue circle with an arrow on it. If you click that, it will install the plugin. Then an icon will appear immedi...

You don't have to define them in a file anymore. Once you have the 2.8 PIA installed, just go to plugin management and you'll have an option to install it (after you've removed it from config.php).

Yup... That fixed it!!!! That's great. Thanks!!!!

Nuzzy. You'll probably have to remove it from your include/config.php where you have it defined $plugins[] = 'ntop';

I have added pictures of both IE and Firefox

It looks just like the superlinks behavior except it affects both IE and Firefox and the patches and recommendations don't seem to work.

At first glance, this is a very similar if not identical (by appearances) to the superlinks problem. Unfortunately, I might need a little more guidance on this one. This doesn't seem to be like the superlinks issue. This problem seems to be universal across Firefox or IE. I have also tried the patch...

NTOP Plugin not working properly after 0.8.7g upgrade

Since I upgraded to 0.8.7g, the NTOP plugin doesn't fill the frame. I get about a 2 inch frame and a scroll bar on the right.

I'm sure this is an easy fix but I'm not sure where to look to fix it.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Even though I upgraded to the latest version of MAC Track and it resolved my problem, I would be remiss if I didn't provide you answers to your questions in case this arrises for someone else.

PHP-SNMP Supprt = Yes
PHP Version = 5.1.6

Regards and Thanks,

In case anyone else runs across this issue, I have found a solution that worked for me. I had to increase the memory_limit in the php.ini from 16M. The tech support page recommended 484M based on the number of data sources I have. So, I increased to 600M and everything is working great!

[solved] Data Sources Empty

When clicking on the data sources link under the management section, I get no results (see 1st image). It acts as if there are no data sources for any hosts. If I choose any host, it returns the same empty result. However, my data sources still exist and are being graphed. If I go to devices under t...

That seems plausible. Unfortunately, in my own troubleshooting and research, I found that there was a new version of MAC Track, so I upgraded. Maybe if I have some time, I'll test this in the lab.

Thanks for your help!

MAC Track Prepending Defined Delimiter to MAC Address

I am running Cacti 0.8.7e on RHEL 5 (64-bit) with MACTRACK 1.1. Everything is collecting find and I am getting the desired results with one exception. The delimiter character chosen in settings is being prepended on all of my MAC Addresses. It doesn't matter which delimiting character I choose (: or...
