I have a routed network, and the issue is that I want to calculate the traffic in a specific route only. say I want to see how much traffic going from 10.3.2.0 to 218.155.98.0

Yes, coz I replaced the PRTG with cacti, the PRTG was emailing me a daily usage reports in form of pdf for all my network elements i chosen.

IMHO: is there any way to add the GW routers at B/C and read the interfaces statistics from snmp as an external OIDs, in this case you can add the router B and monitor the interface between B/C by its snmp OID as an external OID graphing.
