I've add a new option to the script:
$IMG = "noc.png";

And change the HTML generation:
print HTML sprintf('<IMG SRC="%s" WIDTH="%s" HEIGHT="%s" BORDER=0 USEMAP="#weathermap_imap" />', $IMG, $width, $height);
