Having reinstalled PHP 5.2.11 for the 3rd time (without using the installer), I can now access all the graph data.

Hi, Yes I was able to see the graphs in Graph Management.

I have downgraded PHP to 5.2.11, however, I see the same behaviour, that is when you click on a graph you get 'page cannot be displayed'.

Hi, I've checked the RRD versions and the version I am using matches the version set in Cacti i.e. 1.2.30.
