Thanks for the response, I have already solved the problem by doing the same thing. I have edited the table "version" in the database and changed the value from 0.6.5 to 0.8.6c and the cacti was back and working fine. The only thing is that I lost the data for the time that cacti was down....

I was running cacti 0.8.6c and I had also installed cacti 0.6.5. By mistake I have started the old version of cacti and started the installation on the database of the new version.
