Is this what I am experienceing with the graphing error? from the NBAR post.
I am getting a graphing debug error of
ERROR: invalid rpn expression ','
In my research, this is related to a CDEF. I am experiencing this in a Linux import.

I just want to make sure that you edited the data template and then deleted the graph and data sources and recreated them. i have found that if I change a data template I need to delete the data sources and graphs. I then recreate them and I get the ability to edit the max value, or whateve...

If you know how to read a mib then I suggest you take a look at the mib fo the f5 load balancing scheme. The F5 mib is actually located in the /usr/contib/f5/mibs dir on the actual F5 box. You can retreive it and load it onto your cacti box. The excerpt below is a piece of of the mib that pplies to ...

In the above case the single .ciscoMemoryPoolUsed.1 works for my pix and router. But Deano is correct you must understand what platforms the individual mibs work for. In my case with my cisco equipement, I have found that the majority of the oid's work on multiple platforms. Cisco has a relatively p...

for cisco mibs, which contain usefull descriptions of the oid's go here ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/ I suggest you install the mibs you want into the mibs dir under your installation of snmp. Put the mib files in the mib directory, and edit your snmp.conf file to include those files. Check out the ...

Found solution to some failing querries
This may have been said already and I apologize if it has. I was attempting to graph memory utilization on some of my cisco gear and was getting a funny error when cmd.php was being run. Simply said, the snmpget query was returning a value of ":6367068 bytes". The fact that the response wa...

I can get responses when querying the specific interface and protocol. For example here is a query for the 3rd interface (FastEthernet) port 80 overall byte count: snmp# snmpget -c community rtr001.mydomain.com .cnpdAllStatsInBytes.3.8 CISCO-NBAR-PROTOCOL-DISCOVERY-MIB::cnpdAllStatsInBytes.3.8 = Cou...
