Partially solved.
the problem was with the snmpd.conf blocking the data being presented out of the RFC1213 mib. "for now" I've opened up the snmpd.conf with fewer restrictions while I figure out how to get the data that I want "released" while maintaining the privacy of the SNMP that we need. When...
