You were right I didn't take note of that last screen on the install, I'm in now.

After running the windows updates (need 64!) and rebooting I now get a username and password screen. I have tried admin for the username and password but it won't let me in.

Well as far as I know I have, can you think of anything? I had IIS installed before I ran the cacti complete package. It has installed php, mysql, cacti directories in IIS, the schedule task etc.

I tried your Cacti installer package in the end, but http://127.0.0.1/cacti/index.php desplays nothing. I running it on WinXP Pro. Under schedule task I noticed that the task won't start either. What is the next step to look at?

Your instructions are so much better. On the PHP install you mention
At the Web Server page, select IIS ISAPI Module and click Next.


I only see IIS FastCGI or IIS CGI and many others like NSAPI, what should I choose?
