I resolved this issue by reinstalling the plugin architecture. Not sure if you are having and problems with your PA, but that was my issue.

With the settings I am showing in the attachment, I should be exporting HTML graphs every hour at XX:20 right?

I am finding it unusually difficult to find a manual or wiki page defining how to export a graph to a simple HTML page. Can anyone help?
