Re: RRD file does not exist - downed device detection
Gandalf, Thanks for the reply. I don't think that is the problem. There are other hosts that I am successfully graphing Unix Ping time for and monitoring via ICMP Ping from the same cacti host. The only thing that seems to be common between those that are unsuccessful in graphing is that I can not u...

RRD file does not exist - downed device detection
I have a number of devices that I graph Unix ping time for. Those devices that I can contact via both SNMP and ping have their graphs produced as expected. Those that I can only ping (because they don't have SNMP enabled) do not have those graphs produced. Those without the graphs get the "The ...

Upgrade to version 1.6.62
GTHE - Thanks for the update to the plugin. It seems to feel like the CAMM page comes up much more quickly. You may want to update the installation instructions on the front page of this topic. I followed the instruction that says: In order to process all records in the new scheme - follow these ins...

Filter events
So i really like to see event filters (on new tab for example) and a corresponding narrower event list views which shows maching events. I agree it would be nice to be able to get the filter to show up automatically. I would envisage this could be done by updating the URL when you apply a filter eg...

CAMM Version 1.6.5
Hello GTHE. Thanks for the latest version - the description field in the emails makes everything a bit more readable. I have upgraded one of my Cacti boxes to 1.6.5 of CAMM (Cacti version 0.8.7c With plugin architecture 2.2 running on Centos). When I click on the CAMM tab using Firefox it works fine...

Re: Exporting to Excel
Sorry for the late reply GTHE - I haven't been on the forum for a while. ...... Then I clicked on the export to Excel button. After a long wait (maybe 5 minutes or so) my Internet Explorer started to respond again, but I did not get any Excel file. At the bottom left of the IE window I got the littl...

Exporting to Excel
Hi guys, Once again thanks for the excellent plugin. I am using CAMM version 1.6.4 (I think it is currently the "b" revision - I updated it a while back and can't see how to show the letter in the revision number anywhere) on Cacti version 0.8.7c. I am using internet explorer 7. For the fi...

Re: Clone rule problem
It seems that this is not camm error, but cacti. Sorry - in my rush I didn't include my Cacti version. I am using version 0.8.7c. That may be why others aren't seeing an issue while I am. In my /lib/database.php file from line 234 onwards (so you can see the referred to function) I had: function db...

Sorry for wasting your time. I had accidentally copied the replacement file into the wrong subdirectory.
I copied the file from the rar into the js directory and it works fine.

Syslog and SNMP Purge
Same issue for me - works for a couple of days (after changing settings to something else, then back to what they were), then stops working again. I don't seem to have a problem, my syslog entries and SNMP traps are purging fine. Cacti Version - 0.8.7c Plugin Architecture - 2.2 Poller Type - Cactid...
