It is necessary to be able to add a line graph with values from previous week, month, and so on.

Like this from rrd tutorial:

Viewing the current and previous week together
DEF:thisweek=router.rrd:ds0:AVERAGE
DEF:lastweek=router.rrd:ds0:AVERAGE:end=now-1w:start=end-1w

Corrections
1) in juniper-m20-cpu.xml delete line "Invalid round robin archive."
2) Import template juniper-m20-cpu.xml
3) In Graph template -> Juniper-CPU - uncheck box "--title" and add "|host_description| - CPU Utilization (%)"
