First of all, you do not need to set the crontab job to 1min as well, actually you should leave it on 5min and only set the poller interval to 1min

Are you monitoring traffic on this T1? what does the graph looks like?

A very common mistake (which I've done myself) is to set the cronjob interval for something lower than 5 minutes, while also changing the poller interval inside cacti to something lower.
I did not see your other thread. but what is your cronjob interval? and what is your poller interval inside cacti?

You don't need to change your cron job interval to 1 min in order to get 1 min polling. Try leaving your cron job at 5 min interval and only setting poller interval to 1 min inside Cacti settings.
