Dump into xml old rra`s and import them.

Hello. I have this situation: I'm using centos 5 and I have graphs created with rrdtool 1.x. If i switch from rrdtool 1.0.x to rrdtool 1.2.x and change in Cacti what version of rrdtool to use old graphs won't appear. Only new created graphs will appear.
