I have cacti configured to grab traffic from every interface on this cisco switch. But as I look at the graphes and then look at the switch config, I come to find out that they are all or most of them one interface off. I have port 19 disabled but it in cacti it is showing bandwidth going across it,...

why not just make a new template all together, or duplicate the one you are trying to alter and mess with it so you don't loose other graphes.

that isn't gona work the whote time. Now i need to graph ports on a huge router, but I have to do it by using the OID of the information I need off of that device. I make a data template first. How do i get the OID or a specific OID of a device and the type of information I need from it, for example...

im using windows xp but the cacti is on a linux server. When i try to graph a cisco router with over ten thousand interfaces, i get the "verbose" under data queries error. When i select which ones to graph i only pick a few, but they still don't show up under the graph tree i place them in...

I think it is snmpv2, but the graphes still won't show up on the bigger devices.

Graphes Won't Graph on large device

I have created several graphes of interfaces on smaller cisco devices like 2950s, and 3400s. but when I try to graph interfaces, or only a few on a large device like a 7206, Cacti will not display any graphes, i even waited a day for them to show up. I wonder what I need to do different to get these...
