I just wanted to say to you a big thanks for this plugin.
I installed it simply flawless in cacti 0.8.7b using the Plugin Management.
Everything went perfect and I had uptime running in a minute!

hello, I've just installed it on my cacti 0.8.7b with plugin architecture latest version PA 2.1 on a CentOS 5.2 x86... The problem is that I can't find it anywhere in the webinterface to approve it. A correction for clog:
I found it under Plugin Management in cacti and approved it from there... it didn't appear like the other ones under realm.
cool!

with host info though I'm without luck

quick update log: I set under XP device in Cacti downed device detection: ping, ping method: tcp ping and port 3389 (RDP) + enabled it in Firewall and now it's with status recovering. :D
So I guess in the next few poller crons the graphs should update as well.

What are you using for your downed device detection? SNMP or PING? When the firewall is enabled, and you click on the Device Properties, does it say "Host is alive" or the SNMP info or host is down? What i've had to do with some of my hosts is use TCP Ping and change to a port that I know...
