Fortinet Firewall Cluster Template
All, I figured I use the community resources enough as it is so I figured I would contribute my 2 cents. Here is a template to graph the various members of a Fortigate firewall cluster. It graphs the following: # of AV Detected Events CPU Usage # of IDS Events Fortigate Network Usage RAM Usage Sessi...

Re: thold upgraded to 0.4.9, stopped working
I was able to solve it by just adding the expression column to my thold_template and thold_data tables. It would be nice if there were a sql script included in the plugin so that we can at least see what the structure is supposed to look like. The structure in the database.php script is confusing. T...

Re: thold upgraded to 0.4.9, stopped working
So when I upgraded from THOLD 0.4.3 ---> 0.4.9 I noticed after the upgrade the following missing fields in my thold data table: ============================================== thold_warning_hi: ============================================== thold_warning_low: ========================================...

Re: Unable to simply rename a graph title [SOLVED]
gandalf, Thanks for the suggestion. That didn't work but I figured that I would try the following: 1) Chose the appropriate data query & subsequently the proper graph template 2) Delete the ifAlias option for the Graph Template suggested values 3) Readded the exact same information/field name an...

Re: Unable to simply rename a graph title
gandalf, Sorry I seemed to have missed something. I get that there are options when I try to modify the "SNMP - Interface Statistics" data query (and then the In/Out bits graph template)that give suggested values for the data template and graph template associated with it. But there are tw...

Unable to simply rename a graph title [SOLVED]
I have been using cacti for a long time. I am by no means an expert but I have renamed plenty of graphs. I found out today that I can't rename the title of a graph for some reason. I have a graph, it is showing data, everything is happy, I just want to change th title of it and when I attempt that a...

Re: alternative messages for alarms
I second this motion for customized alerts. At least per THOLD Template. I have some templates based on percentages, some on exact values, some on CDEFs, it would be nice to tailor the message to explain the difference between those templates.

Strange Graph Template Behavior
Has anyone ran into any graph templates that import fine and you can modify them all day long but they don't show up in the list of "Associated Graph Templates" as part of the menu to add them to the host/device? I have attached two screenshots showing that it does show up in the list of G...

Spine/Poller Issue
I did manage to find an old thread from 2008 that was almost the problem but not quite. I have an Ubuntu 10 server with cacti 0.8.7g along with Spine 0.8.7g installed. Things were going great until I realized that hosts are falsely being reported as "Down" when they aren't. That got me to ...

Cacti Windows Graphs Not Accurate
I have been using Cacti for about 6 years now and it has never really treated me wrong (using the plugin arch as well). I have recently upgraded to 0.8.7e and seem to be getting really spotty accuracy of my Windows graphs using the default 2000/XP host templates. I have attached a screenshot of what...

[SOLVED] Data Template not being used properly
I have created two data templates. Both get simple SNMP OIDs. I am able to get/walk both OIDs via cli: cacti # snmpget -v2c -c xxx 10.101.64.152 .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.2.2.5.0 SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.318.1.1.1.2.2.5.0 = INTEGER: 3 cacti # snmpget -v2c -c xxx 10.101.64.152 .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.2.2....
